About the Role
We are building a wealth management platform for the GCC region – combining real-time AI-driven portfolio analytics with access to a personal financial advisor via subscription. We are now looking for a self-driven Marketing Analyst to join and strengthen our team efforts.
You will collaborate closely with CMO, User Acquisition, CRM, product, and development teams to build scalable analytics foundations and deliver actionable insights to empower data-driven decision making.
Analytics infrastructure
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of an analytics system that tracks user behavior, marketing campaign effectiveness, and interactions across multiple platforms.
- Ensure marketing data is accurate, secure, and compliant with privacy regulations, maintaining high standards of data governance.
Performance Measurement
- Collaborate closely with User Acquisition Manager to develop sophisticated attribution models that reveal the effectiveness of marketing channels and guide budget allocation.
- Work closely with CRM and development teams to implement advanced personalization frameworks, integrating AI-driven automation for precise customer targeting and improved campaign ROI.
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, timing, and targeting.
- Apply advanced analytics such as behavioral segmentation and predictive modeling to support tailored marketing strategies that maximize engagement and revenue per user.
- Analyze customer journeys, funnel metrics, and user segments to identify opportunities for improving traffic quality, reducing CAC, and increasing retention and lifetime value.
- Create dynamic dashboards and automated reports that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance for marketing teams and senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Data Enablement
- Facilitate strong cooperation between marketing, product, CRM, customer experience, and engineering teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
- Drive a culture of data empowerment by providing user-friendly tools, training, and documentation that enable marketing teams to operate independently with data.
- Translate complex datasets into insightful, actionable narratives that inform strategic decisions and foster alignment across departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Analytics within fintech, tech, e-commerce and other relevant industries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Expertise with tools such as GA4, Appsfyler, Amplitude, MetaBase, Looker, SQL, and CRM platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and experimentation methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively.
- Knowledge of product analytics, cohort analysis, and user behavior modeling.
