Acquisition Growth Lead/Head of Growth

CUSP Wealth is an AI-powered WealthTech platform from Dubai that helps ambitious, long-term investors build their capital consciously within a regulated GCC environment. In 2026, we are entering our next growth stage and strengthening our core growth function. We’re looking for an Acquisition Growth Lead who will own the entire acquisition and user journey – from the first ad impression to the moment a client experiences real product value. Your goal is to build a predictable, scalable growth system, not just “run ads”.
The Role
As Acquisition Growth Lead you will:
- Report directly to the CMO and be the day‑to‑day owner of our growth metrics, with a clear focus on growing the number of depositing clients.
- Work with a cross‑functional growth squad (Traffic Manager, CRM Manager, Growth Product Manager, Analyst and Researcher) to identify growth opportunities in organic, paid channels, and current client database, prioritize and run growth experiments as end‑to‑end projects inside the company.
- Together with the CMO and CPO ensure the team has the resources, alignment and support needed to deliver these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own growth metrics
You are ultimately responsible for:
- Acquisition: impressions, installs, registrations, verifications, first deposits.
- CAC/CPA and payback across key channels.
- Conversion along the funnel (ad → click → signup → KYC → first funding → first investment).
- Early activation and retention (D1/D7/D30 activity together with Product and CRM).
- Cohort/unit economics by channel (which customers, from where, are truly profitable).
2. Run the growth system & experiments
- Drive a unified growth backlog across the funnel: creatives, offers, landing pages, onboarding, product nudges.
- Set up the experimentation cycle: hypothesis, test design, implementation, analysis, scale/kill decisions.
- Maintain a transparent pipeline of experiments, learnings and impact.
3. Product funnel & partnership with CPO
Together with the CPO and Growth Product Manager you will:
- Design and optimize the in‑product journey: onboarding, KYC, first actions, first investment.
- Initiate product changes that are critical for growth (simplifying steps, reordering screens, prompts, paywall changes).
- Treat the journey as one continuous funnel, rather than “marketing vs product”.
4. Lead the growth squad
- Run the growth squad as one team: Traffic, CRM, Growth PM, Analyst and Marketing Researcher work around shared metrics and priorities.
- Set up rituals: weekly growth reviews, sprint planning, post‑mortems on major tests.
- Build a culture of impact: the team thinks in unit economics and P&L, not just in number of campaigns or features.
What we’re looking for:
Experience
- 5+ years in digital/ product / marketing, including 3+ years owning product growth (Acquisition Lead / Growth Lead / Performance Lead) in a product‑led company.
- Experience in fintech / wealthtech / neobanking / other regulated sectors is a strong plus.
- Hands‑on experimentation background and approach: from hypothesis to statistically valid conclusions.
- Solid analytics skills: product and marketing dashboards, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, channel profitability.
Skills & mindset:
- Strong problem‑solving and leadership mindset, always thinking in scenarios and having plan B, C, and D.
- Ability to hold P&L logic, funnel, and team delivery in focus at the same time.
- Experience setting and cascading goals (OKRs, yearly/quarterly/monthly/sprint targets) for a growth function.
- Ability to negotiate priorities with Product and Marketing, speaking the language of user value and business impact.
- Willingness to dive into tools when needed: ad platforms, analytics, CRM.
- You see yourself as a growth leader, not just a performance marketer.
- You take ownership for the numbers instead of hiding behind “market conditions”.
